So, why doesn't the Privacy Statement for the Legislative Assembly from 2007 include any mention of cookies?

If I had to guess . . . it's probably because all they did was cut and paste portions of the Federal Government's Privacy Statement from 2006

Except . . . the Legislative Assembly didn't cut and paste the bit about cookies

And . . . after 13 years there's still no cookie notice in the Privacy Statement of the Legislative Assembly

Despite the lack of any cookie notice they insert them anyway . . . for up to two years

. . . and sometimes they also insert these cookies for third parties

And they do all of this without a single mention of cookies in their Privacy Statement

Which brings me back to the Federal Government's Privacy Statement - revised twice since 2006
